Utilize the power of cold therapy for recovery and pain relief.

Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a revolutionary treatment that briefly exposes the body to cold temperatures for therapeutic purposes. WBC was first introduced in Japan in 1978 to treat arthritis. Since then, cryotherapy is commonly used as an adjunct therapy to relieve pain and inflammation caused by injury, overuse, or inflammatory diseases such as arthritis.

Professional athletes are especially appealed to cryotherapy believing it speeds up recovery time and improves performance. Beyond its numerous health and wellness benefits, cryotherapy is now being utilized by medical spas for cosmetic treatments to improve skin health and combat the signs of aging.¹

Is Whole Body Cryotherapy right for me?

Whole Body Cryotherapy is ideal for men or women suffering from chronic pain or inflammatory illnesses, professional athletes, and anyone interested in alternative, holistic treatments for overall benefits to health and well being.

What is a Whole Body Cryotherapy session like?

During a Whole Body Cryotherapy treatment you will enter an open topped cryosauna, wearing protective footwear and gloves. Your head will stick out of the top of the sauna and you will be able to communicate with your technician at all times. When the cryotherapy session begins, liquid nitrogen fumes safely expose your skin to extremely cold, dry air for a period of 3 minutes. During this time, only your skin’s temperature drops (triggering whole body therapeutic responses) while your core body temperature is unaffected.
