Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please give Grace Medical Aesthetics a one week written notice to billing@gracemedicalaesthetics.com. Our billing department will confirm cancellation with you. No other forms of cancellation will be considered.
All memberships require a 4 month commitment of recurrent automated charges before cancellation is eligible. The payment made for the treatment on the day you sign up is given at a discounted rate as a courtesy. Recurring membership charges begin on the 1st of the following month. If you cancel prior to your 4th recurrent automated charge, you will be billed for the difference in charges and no refunds will be given.
Memberships are nontransferable. Funds within your membership bank can only be used for services within that membership (example: Laser Hair Removal monies cannot be used towards Injectables). Though members can cancel at any time, effective February 1st, 2018, all unused membership payments will be given as Grace Medical Aesthetics credit upon membership cancellation. No refunds will be issued at any time.
Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Late Policy
Due to the high demand of appointments, a credit card hold is required for ALL consultations and appointments in all of our offices. A cancellation without 48 hour notice or a no-show will result in a $50 charge to your credit card. You may call, text, or email to cancel. Not "confirming" your appointment through your appointment reminder prompt will not be considered a cancellation.
We will now require a 50% deposit for Vivace, PRF, and PRF EZ Gel service appointments and a $500 deposit for CO2 and CoolPeel service appointments. Clients must leave the deposit at the time of booking with the remainder being due at the time of service. This deposit will replace our standard no show and late cancellation fee for these services. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Grace Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse appointments to those who no-show for three or more appointments.
If you are late to your appointment, Grace Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
All clients treated by an RN need medical approval and oversight by an MD, PA, or APRN prior to initial medical treatment. While the state of New York allows for protocoled guidance and telemedicine, the state of Connecticut mandates an IN-PERSON evaluation of patients prior to medical aesthetic treatments. Please be aware that we may need to reschedule your appointment to comply with this protocol.
Return & Refund Policy
Skincare products may be returned for credit to Grace Medical Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and unopened. Open and/or used products will not be accepted as a return or for Grace Medical Aesthetics credit at any time.
