As a boutique member, your monthly payment of $55 or more is automatically banked into your Boutique Bank for later use on any wrinkle relaxer or dermal filler treatment. All of your banked funds go directly towards your treatment with no hidden fees. The Grace team can make a payment recommendation based on your current injectable treatment trends to help you budget for your next treatment.

As a thank you for signing up, your initial injectable treatment will be given to you with membership discounts. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 1st of every month to deposit directly into your Boutique Bank. There is no additional sign up fee, membership fee, or cancellation fee.

If you do not have enough in your bank at the time of your appointment, you pay the remaining balance that day. If you have more than enough in your bank, the additional money remains in your account until you are ready to use it!

THE FACIAL MEMBERSHIP
Our medical grade facial membership will help to treat your specific skin concerns with a monthly skincare treatment for $119 per month or $159 per month in New York City.

As a facial member, your monthly payment is automatically banked into your Facial Bank for later use on a monthly skincare treatment of your choice. All of your banked funds go directly towards your treatment with no hidden fees.

Our practitioners will consult with you initially to set up a custom treatment plan to recommended what services are best for you, number of treatments, rotation of treatments, skincare products, etc. Your initial consultation comes with a 20% discount on all skincare products purchased that day.

There is no cancellation fee for any of our memberships when the 4 month commitment is met. To cancel, simply give a one week written notice to billing@gracemedicalaesthetics.com to stop the recurring charge. No other forms for cancellation will be considered.
