What memberships do Grace Medical Aesthetics offer?
At Grace Medical Aesthetics, we are pleased to offer three different memberships that are redeemable across our offices. Our Boutique Membership begins at $55 a month, up to any monetary amount of your choice, and allows you to bank money to use on injectable treatments. As a Boutique Member, you receive a discount on all dermal filler syringes and wrinkle relaxer treatments.

Our Facial Membership strives to keep your skin in check and on a budget! Just $119 a month or $159 a month in NYC allows you a medical grade facial of your choice, with the option for upgrades to stronger treatment. Skincare goals are best met when treatments are kept up with monthly and we hope that our Facial Membership allows you to do just that.

We also offer a membership for monthly Laser Hair Removal membership beginning at $49 a month. Laser hair removal treatments are best done every 4 weeks and our membership allows you to stay on schedule for your visits.

How do I make an appointment?
The easiest way to make an appointment is through on app (click here to download on Apple devices; click here to download on Android devices) or through our online booking system. You can make an appointment in any of our five offices with any provider for most of our services. Appointments for truly customizable services, such as CoolSculpting or Ultherapy, cannot be made online.

Our offices are also available by phone during office hours at (860) 578-4722 and (914) 279-0081. Our front desk staff may be helping someone in person or on the other line at the time you call, so please be sure to leave a voicemail if you do not reach someone immediately. Your call will be returned on the same or next business day.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Due to the high demand of appointments, a credit card hold is required for ALL consultations and appointments in all of our offices. A cancellation without 48 hour notice or a no-show will result in a $50 charge to your credit card. You may call, text, or email to cancel. Not "confirming" your appointment through your appointment reminder prompt will not be considered a cancellation.

Grace Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse appointments to those who no-show for three or more appointments.
​
If you are late to your appointment, Grace Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.

Are all services offered in all of the Grace Medical Aesthetics offices?
Most of the services that Grace Medical Aesthetics offers are available across all five of our full time offices, however not all of them. In addition to a full offering of injectable treatments, medical grade skincare, laser treatments, laser hair removal, and Vivace, our Southbury, CT office offers CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, and Opus Plasma.
